This is one of the best-yielding candies we have encountered, favored for its compact structure and efficient space utilization. To achieve its full yield potential, it’s recommended to increase EC feedings from the early vegetative stage. THE STORY BEHIND THE STRAIN

Kristian Andreassen created this cultivar from a passion for two of his most beloved strains, DJ Short Blueberry and Thin Mint. Blue Andeze is the culmination of years of cultivation experience and genetic refinement. The decision to rejuvenate these strains through tissue culture has resulted in a cultivar that encapsulates the best traits of its predecessors, offering unmatched aroma, taste, and growth characteristics.

“I brought together two of my favorite all-time strains to create the Blue Andeze.

I grew the DJ Short Blueberry for years, but as she got older, she had many issues with virility and lost structure.

Thin Mint was a game-changer for me. I was lucky enough to get a hold of this cut soon after she came out. She had a fantastic bag appeal and smelled unlike anything else on the market at that time. However, the genetics again became weak over the years and needed rejuvenation.

I brought both of these through tissue culture to help reset the genetics. Breeding with tissue culture affords the most important traits, like terpenes, THC, and vigor, to be at their all-time highs.

The result of combining these two strains is a plant that checks all the boxes. Blue Andeze produces dark purple flowers that retain the berry and mint nose. It will stack and yield beautifully, just like my two favorites all those years ago.”
